I put a 200-r4 in an 80 camaro that had a th350 with the short tail shaft.I just moved the th350 cross member back and used a hole saw to drill four more holes in the subframe.(This is not a show car)
I have heard of people moving the tab on the other side also.
The driveshaft was fine.I reused the lines but did have to bend them.The car came with an aftermarket b&m shifter that I reused also.
It was really nice having the overdrive.
