200-4R Shifting Problem!

I've got a 200-4R behind my Hemi, and I'm having a BIG problem trying to get it to shift properly. I've tried adjusting the cable housing back and forth, and the cable itself back and forth with out much result. I have it at the point now where if I press down moderately on the accelerator, it shifts 1-2-3-4 okay, but if I push down lightly, it doesn't shift under 2,500-3,500 RPM, and downshifts by itself when I slow down to 1,500 RPM. I'm wondering if I have a governor problem. The TV cable, accelerator/TV cable mount, and throttle linkage adapter kit all came from Bowtie Overdrives, and have been installed correctly...

Got the answer to the problem http://www.chevyasylum.com/tech/tvcable.html. Cured it completely. Transmission upshifts, and downshift beautifully...
