MY 200-R-4 TRANS HAS A 4 PIN LOCK-OUT VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY. CAN THIS VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY BE PUT INTO ANY 200-R-4 TRANSMISSION THAT HAS A 3 PIN LOCK OUT VALVE BODY,AND WORK?

Not sure what you mean about a 4 or 3 pin lock out valve body.

To swap plates and valve bodies around there are a couple of holes that need to be matched up. Depends on if there is a converter clutch shift valve in the valve body or not.

This would require photos to indicate which is where.

Yep ,Crosley's right spacer plate and valve body need to match for lock up valve. I think your looking at early style with 3 wire connector, had to pull out an old book forgot they had so many wire connector, I've only seen 3 out of 12 they show in my book.
