2000 Escalade power steering

The steering in my 2000 Escalade is starting to feel a little stiff, more like non power assisted steering. The pump isn't making any strange noise and the fluid level is correct. What could be causing this?

Could be the box, could be a bad hose, but my money is on the speed-sensitive steering. There is a pulse width modulated solenoid valve on the output side of the pump that is controlled by the computer. The computer reduces the pressure to the steering box based on the speed of the car. If the valve or control wiring is bad, you may have reduced pressure at all speeds.
