Maybe, maybe not. Very hard to tell without it being checked, unless it is so bad it is obvious. Cost would be dependent on how bad and how much time on a frame machine it would take to straighten.
IMO, I would have it checked before dumping money into it, you would hate to have it eat front tires on a regular basis, if it is bent and nothing was done about it.
