2002 Dodge 1500 4x4 wont start

it has 360 engine , has fire and gas , tried priming but no luck ,, fuel rack full with gas , any thoughts

Did you check injector pulse. I see you say it has spark and fuel pressure, so injector pulse would be next.
Does it have antitheft?

How did you check for spark. Did you actually check the fuel pressure. Just the presence of fuel in the rail means nothing.
Bad plug wires could be cross firing as well as a bad cap could be giving you issues. You may have spark but it may be weak or cross fired or at the wrong time. Does it backfire or anything.
Have you looked at the plugs or recently changed them. I have seen several Chrysler products that dont run with Bosch plugs, not sure why.
