2002 Dodge Caravan starting issues
I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Yesterday it would not turn over. Jump started twice but now that won't even work. Battery had no water in two cells so I filled it up and charged it - showed 13 volts, but still would just "click" not turn over. I replaced the battery and same problem. Still won't even jump start. What else could be the problem?

Doc here,
IIRC, I read somewhere those won't start after a flat battery until you reset the codes..Try that first.. BUT before you do...pull the codes and see if any are there..Correct those first.. Also, I believe there is an Ignition cutout switch or Ignition Stop switch that is computer directed, check that for operation and to be sure it is not stuck "off". Not a Chrysler Guy at all..GM's.. Doc

got it
Thanks everyone for your replies. I found the problem - with the lead to the positive terminal - fixed it and it runs great!
