2003 f250 w6.0 5r110 feels like it looses high end power

2003 f250 with 6.0 and 5 r 110 trans just had turbo disassembled and cleaned out. Trans has been serviced every 30k truck currently has 100100 miles on it and while driving it feels normal at lower speeds every gear seems to go in at its right time and passing gear does the same however at approx 45-55mph it you get on it the pass gear kicks in and RPM's go high as if it was going to get up and go like it use to but it goes no faster nor do you feel any more power than what it currently had before getting on it. Truck runs great other than this issue that came out whit in the last couple weeks. Truck is stock other than an EGR delete and new oil cooler, straight pipe and air raid intake. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Shot in the dark, Mass air flow contamination? Usually a boggy feeling and the engine kind of peaks out and stops revving?
