2005 Corvette/ Noise Rearend
My 05 Vette Makes A Clicking Noise When Backing Up. Kinda Like A Dry Cv Joint. Car Has 17000 Miles.

It only does it in reverse? Have you checked the rear brake calipers i have seen them make a clicking noise when backing and not foward. JMO

Clicking Noise In Reverse
Have not checked if brakes cause clicking. What and why would in reverse cause click. Other info from forum on noise was that it was normal due to torsens? Torsens mispelled or torsion. Need more input from blogs etc. Rear does make little noise when sharp slow hard turns, such as from need of additive. any recommendation as to which to add. GM or aftermarket?

Check the lube level and add if needed, also a bottle of traction additive might help.
