200R4 rebuild

After nearly 33 years of turning wrenches and body work I'm planning to try to rebuild my first automatic. The transmission in question is a 200R4 with a non-lockup converter and is going back behind a 400 Pontiac in an 85 Grand Prix. What parts am I going to need for it to last behind the Pontiac as future plans are calling for a mild 455 with tri-power and this transmission is going to have to live behind it. This is a street only car and my daily driver so no strip use is on the agenda, just dependability. Thanks in advance. Goat
