2110 ford e150 engine removal

What is the best way to remove and install a motor in a 2001 e150 ford van 4.6ltr. Some friends have advised me to remove it from the front, some told me to remove from the inside and some said it had to be droped from underneath.

I have done several engine swaps just never in a van. What do you guys think?

Never done one that new, but have done a few older van's and pulled them out through the front, after re-moving everything bumper grill and just everything that would keep it from coming out. Not a fun task IMHO
