2680 Foam ?

I haven't stripped down my driver seat yet on my 1988 Caddy Brougham Flower Car. This is my first attempt on a seat this generation to refoam. In the past, I've done a 1970 Cadillac. I'm going to go with an 80 foam for the bottom part. How thick of a piece should I get ? I have ni idea how these seats were constructed or what to expect underneath the cover. Antone have pictures of something similiar ? Id appreciate it.

You have to take the seat cover off and measure the thickness of the original foam. Most seat foam was never over 2" thick, but it depends on the seat.

No one lives forever, the trick is creating something that will.

As soon as I can, I will. I picked up a 3 inch thick piece of N90 today for 7 bucks. It measures 36" x 36". I just so happen to be in an upholstery store eyeing things up and it was sitting in the guys scrap pile. Originally, he wanted 9 bucks. I gave him a C note and he asked me if I had anything smaller. Told him that all i had was a five and two singles - he took it. Vegas, baby!
