Post 283/327

I have 283 and want to put a 327 crank in it and bore it to a 4 inch bore. I cannot determine whether I have a thick wall block and whether the block has adequate crank counterweight clearance needed for the 327 crank as there where 2 different types of 283 blocks. Does anyone know how to tell the difference between the blocks with clearance and the ones without? I am unsure of the block's year but I have the numbers;

3849852

The crank should not be a problem , but you should sonic check your block for the bore size , any good builder should be able to do it or get it done for you
