283 w/305 heads. 305 head gasket?
I ordered some s/r torquers for my fresh 283 and the tech guy at jegs is sending me 305 gaskets. After looking at the numbers the gasket bore is smaller than my cylinder bore. I think I'm leaning toward the 350 head gasket what do you guys think?

Use the stamped shim type gaskets to raise comp. a point or two!
