2K Kwik Prime

Anybody have any experience with this 2K Kwik Primer? What is it exactly? An epoxy primer? I would get some epoxy from SPI, but I already have a gallon of this.

2K Kwik Primer

JamieK,
This is a 'primer/filler'. Urethane, not epoxy. I use this primer often. It's a good mid priced primer. Dry sands decent too.

From the product description it is probably similar to either SPI 2k or maybe the SPI turbo primer surfacer.. these products can be applied DTM but for the resto guys they use a primer surfacer such as this over epoxy..Dupont guys use K200 for the same thing..

2K Kwik Primer

Sam said the most important thing...With any product, look at a Tech Sheet from the manufacturer. It will give info on what the product is, as well as mixing ratios, application info, and what products are to be mixed with that product.
