2k urethane

I know this has probably been asked a million times but I did not find it scanning through. At what air pressure should I spray 2k urethane primer? Mine came out blotchy with dry and wet spots. I think my pressure was to high. It was about 40 lbs. I also am going to check my tip size.

Need to know what gun and tip size, as usually this is the problem, not moving enough material.

I think that is the same tip my Binks model 69 has on it. I believe it codes out to be 1.7mm, which is ideal for 2K primer. Make sure the gun is clean, especially the tip assembly. Open up the material feed and shoot some test shots. Also make sure the vent hole in the pot is clear.
