2nd gen camaro seats

i recently purchased an 81 camaro that has no front seats at all. i am looking to buy inexpensive seats that will bolt right in. i don't want to drill any holes in my car. can anybody out there point in the right direction. i don't care if they need recovered as i have the ability to do that. thanks!

If you have the original bucket seat mounting floor brackets, you can put just about any seat in. You may have to change the mounting holes in the floor brackets, but you won't have to do anything to the floor of the car. Stock seats are not vehicle specific, what makes them vehicle specific is the bracket that is bolted to the seat adjuster and then to the floor.

i dont have anything for the front seats. when i got the car the only seats in the car were the back seats and they are complete.

You need to find front driver and passenger mounting tracks. The problem is they are expensive and rare in any kind of condition.

I have a 75 Rally Sport, and I have to believe there were a lot of second gen Camaros and Firebirds built. You will find seats if you look long enough and hard enough. There are always brackets on Ebay, but you have to act fast when they are posted. They also never seem to have brackets for both the driver and passenger seats.
