Hey guy's, I'm a little confused about how to go about this next step in my project. I have searched this forum and found some vague pictures and description for what I would like to do.
I have a 2 door 4WD S10 Blazer frame and would like to change out the front clip to a 2WD. I'm sure you are thinking that I should just find a 2WD frame and swap it, but I can't find one anywhere around here.
This is my idea. I have an 2WD S10 frame as a donor and I understand that it is 1" taller at the sectioning point (on the top or bottom of frame ?). I know that I need to cut behind the firewall body mounts, but where is the best place to do so? Any help/opinions would be great to get this aspect of the build done.

The 4x4 frames are completely different than the 2 wheel drive frame, as is the body floor pans. You would be much further ahead just finding a complete 2 wheel drive Blazer and build it. Your 4x4 Blazer is worth more money than a 2 wheel drive, so you should come out ahead.
