Engine suffix TKF:1975 350 van or bus 145 hp 2bbl
or:1978 350 van or bus 165 hp 4bbl
Casting #F169 June 16 1979
441 Heads 1969-70 350 76cc.
This isn't a 302. They have DZ engine suffix. The numbers you give don't totally match correctly. I would believe it to be a 1978 350 with a set of 441 heads.

Dude- this thread is 7-1/2 years old! And anyway, "TKF" suffix:

TKF 75 350 Truck 145 Base 2-Brl
TKF 76 350 Truck 145 Base 2-Brl
TKF 78 350 Truck 165 LS-9 4-Brl
TKF 92 350 Truck 210 L-05 TBI
Prolly F169 is F168.
