I think it pretty much depends on what kind of performance you're going after. I've had a 347 in my '95 since 2001. I started off by using GT40 irons, an E303 cam (which was a bit on the small side for that stroker), Cobra intake, headers, off road h-pipe and side exhaust. I was real happy with the performance as a mild street car, but I wanted something more. I ended up ditching the EFI all together, grabbing a set of Vic Jr heads, and a TFS stage 3 cam. Still very streetable, but not "mild" by any means. Holley makes a good cylinder head and all, but for all out performance, I'd probably opt for the Vic Jrs or a set of AFR heads. Just my $.02.
