Wezz: We aren't used to working in MM convert your readings to inches and post the paper with your readings. Get a pencil and paper write down the measurements of each cylinder tightest to largest dimensions from bottom of piston travel to top you will have several readings for each cylinder! Measure your pistons and see how much wall clearance you will have at the tightest position of travel! I think you measurements are off? By my calculations. remeasure them again!
Or your tool needs to be calibrated! Take your tool to your machine shop and have him check it against his! Is your small dial working It seems to be stuck on the .002mm LOL
Check your bore gauge with a mike like in this video.
