Ok it was with a wire wheel .. I can use a vacuum cleaner. To the lost wire get out of it. While i was brushing i. Had to. Cranck the engine around a bit. And clean it eveerytime with a airpistol ..now im finished i put a film of oil on it. So if i crank the engine around by hand it has to stay hanging in the oil dont u think?

So no trokerkit.. I have a micrometer. To. Measure the boring it its right i will. Leave the rings in place But if i have to use new rings i have to let it bore and honed right?

You need a bore gauge or snap gauges and a big micrometer! check the bore in several areas to see if its out of round or has an improper taper! check your pistons remember some pistons are made egg shaped because of different expansion areas of the piston!
This may help (I dont know if its been translated on utube in Holland!) Jester |

You probably wont need a bore? but to install new rings you definitely need any ridge removed and a machine hone, to the stone grit that your ring material calls for! Jester |

hm..
Well I measured .. I borrowed the micrometer .. with dimensions of 94.9mm And should one have tollorantie of 2 hundredths I believe ... but there went that far over it as I see it .. at cylinder 7 is the correct one hundredth smaller .. vandaaar perhaps the scratches?
in each case .. I suggest not bounce him honing drilling. I only new piston springs and bearings should be sharpened crankshaft bearings where he touches. |

I calld today the machine shop he said if hi only would hone it isnt work .. So he made a price inc new pistons and the word .. Is Was 800 euro In dollars its more . So i deside to leave the pistons in .. The engine was running real good before so i think it would do. With the flowed heads and my new cam . Dont u think ? P.s did you get the marzipan ?? I m waiting. For sending the next pressent waiting for the marzipan is ariving..

Clean it up with air pistol and an. Vacuum cleaner . But do you see the pics jester!? Do my cyl walls look bad? Btw what is the difference between a 2102 cam and the one who ive got ( the 3702)
