if they are the 4416 castings and you port them and install larger 1.94 x 1.60 valves ya they work very well on 350's. If you do it for under $500 total cost
its a good deal. Its not worth it if you have to pay someone else to do the porting.
its a DIY thing. Can you (or better yet wlll you) do that?

In stock form these 4416 heads are modest stock low perf heads but they have a good power potential in ported form.
You need to get a estimate first.
