its a 305 v6 out of a 66 gmc 1/2 its got about 400,000 on it but it stills runs.
i was looking at some rebuild kits from kanter and theres one that says 401 (4-7/8" bore) kit and is that a 305 bord ? if so id like to get it and its under the v6 moters and they never made a 401 so need some help thanks.

well maby not performence parts but parts too up the tork or somthin

not many performance parts avalible for the GMC V6's......Lots of low end torque and they'll run forever if they're operated in the right RPM range.....you could do some work to stock parts to maybe make them run better tho.....the same website that Chevy 4x4's linked to has 3 performance upgrades...HEI distributor, 500 cfm carb and an exhaust setup.....good motors no doubt but little avalible for them
