318 stay or go

Hello --- Newby Me--- this is a repeat of an old . I am learning how to use this site . forgive me pls. old one is 318 engine diag, 12/9.
I own a dodge B250 with a 318 manufactured in 9/93. sold as a 94 winnebago. It has 222k on it and had a average comp of 155-160. kinda tired. I recently made a long trip pullin a trailer and it ran good. I have suspected some intake manifold leaks for a while but without removing some of the crap on top of the engine its hard to get a good look at it. I have smelled antifreeze burning in very small amounts and as i have replaced all of my hoses recently am pretty sure it is not there. leak was very small and no bad signs in oil or antifreeze. I am now in a place where it is parked for a while and at last start it leaked oil and water enough to produce multiple drips from bottom of engine. Hard to tell if they are mixed or separate leaks. Oil and water still look clean. next post is update and I have started an album where you can see pics from yesterday. once again sorry for the lack of organization , I am just learnin this site. Some day soon I hope to be startin a new old project and that will be more fun to post about. thank you.

Well , it was warm enough today to do some comfy tinkerin. I have my suspicions but am wonderin what you all think . I have attached pictures. anyone with the time to look at them and give opinion would be greatly appreciated. Driv side- 1-156, 3-179, 5-155, 7-161. Pass side 2-162, 4-160, 6-180, 8-155.
oil and rad leaks separate . etc. oil leakin into 3&6 comp up. substantially more rad fluid after comp test. definitely running down engine.
gotto go . more later.
Thank You

Goin back out today to see if I can find coolant leak. wondering if it could be coolant passage in head or intake manifold to exterior of engine. dont know if i want to do head gasket in drive this time of year. I t could still be a hose as there are ends that cant b seen without removing stuff in front. and yes I know valve cover gaskets are on the list if I dissasemble.

I think the higher comp readings this time mean oil leaking into cylinders and temp sealing rings. dont know if that would b head gaskets or valve sleeves. head bolts have never been retorqued.

at any rate it is old . if i can cet it running and not leaking I would b able to use it for a light duty runnin around and campin vehicle. I know i need a new work truck if I am to carry loads as i have in the past.

Has been replaced a while ago with gold napa. and I can see mating surfaces are dry. seems to be running down from behind that which would make it that funky little hose that is very difficult to see or maybe intake man coolant passage . I am looking for a coolant passage diagram without subscribing to a trade site.

If oil in the cylinder brings compression up your rings are not sealing well. If the plugs in those cylinders are oily then you are getting blowby. Both these would need a rebuild to fix correctly. I would keep the engine and rebuild unless you want to step up to more cubes.

Most often coolant leaks down the side of the block is going to be freeze plugs rusting out. Often they are very hard to get to. If you can get the old one out, you can use an expandable rubber plug (example below) as a stop-gap to hold you over. They tighten w/a wrench or socket so no need to hammer them in place. If one is leaking the others aren't far behind, either.

But by the sounds of it it's time to rebuild it/replace it w/a 360 anyway.
