scale model.
You might have to draw a grid pattern and scale yours. Some of the Students in the UVU street rod program have designed and built their own pedal car bodies. I was looking for the picts, but this is my wife's computer with about 3000 picts to search through. she has been organizing hers. some day i need to sort mine.

Thanks for your answers , but I am looking for a scale drawing.
At UVU street rod program internet page I didn't find any pictures or scale drawings. Chassis drawings with measurements I find a lot in www, but not for the Body .

deuce body
----------------------------------------------------------------------------Here's from a post I did yesterday ----
Deuce Daddy Don info for 32 ford roadsters His ad on the hamb says the body prints are 36 x 89 inches frame prints smaller size $ 71 for both sets. Have you looked at Chris Davenport aluminum 40 willys posts He built everything from scratch. also Jeff lilly site has a lot of good info on his site.............. Most of the projects at UVU are real cars. there were a few pedal cars at the Salt Lake Autorama this spring. Most of the pict's on the UVU site are older file picts most of the pedal cars were sketced, paper paterns drawn then off to the power hammer and pulmax. |

I was going to buy a kit but having two sons to build for it would cost me a fortune. I think all I need is a push in the right direction as every time I put pen to paper it gets more and more intwined, to the point last week where the tot rods were going to have indepndant susspension and a tow bar fitted. The problem I am having is not knowing the any sizes when i messure out the floor pan its not much smaller then my ford foucus!! Any help would be apreciated!!!! |
