I believe what you're looking for would be referred to a "rocker sill" or "rocker panel". It connects the floor pan to the sides of the body.
If you click HERE, they have listed "Channel Floor Pan & rebuilt rocker sills" for $540. This is just an example- there are probably other sources for them, IF that's what you're looking for.
I think once you start searching using the terms "1932 ford rocker panel" or "3 window (or 5 window, or Vicky, etc. depending on what you're building) ford rocker panel", you will see more sources.
