The 275hp 327 should also have camelbacks on it. I think the only external things you might want to change are the intake and carb. I believe the 275 and the 300 hp shared the same 929 cam.

It may be a little "old school", but it's not a bad cam for a 327. I had one in my 383 and swapped it out for a Comp XE274 and really didn't notice that much difference.

Nice score.
That 350 HP cam will do right nice in that motor. If you are going to spend $$ for a cam, look at matching the intake rpm specs. If you get a good dual plane like the performer and use a vacuum secondary 600 cfm carb or a q-jet you will get good performance. Mileage will depend on your gears and driving style. |
