327 L 79

I have a 66 chevy c10 fleetside with a 327 smallblock in it im 15 and trying to identify my engine because i read up on that year model and i saw that theres a possibility that i might have L 79 327.

The L79 only came in the Passenger car line. The only 327 to make it's way into a C10 in 1966 was a 220 horse version. How you can check is by the suffix code which is on the passengers side block deck.
