327 question
Hey
I have a 67' camaro that has a 66' 327 engine, bored .30 over, 10:1 compression ratio flat top pistons, double hump heads w/ 3 angle valve job, dual z-28 valve springs, lunati cam (don't know specs right now), eldelbrock intake w/ a 650 holley carb. My question is that I would like to get maybe 400hp out of it, so what could I add (keeping the same cylinder heads) to achieve that much HP? would a matching cam and intake work ? thanks, Joe |

You will need head porting and some machining for bigger valves and springs. A roller cam will also help.
A better intake and carb will also be need to reach your 400hp goal. http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/te...ine/index.html |
