327 sbc carb

Any recommendations for what carb we should go to on our 327 running low 11's @ 120mph in a 2500lb car launching at around 4500rpms and shifting at 6500. Running 29x12 slicks with 4.56 gears. Right now we have a holley 800 dp with around mid to high 80's jets currently. Car never seems to run consistantly and i've heard a number of people say that about 800dp's. We're also going to be switching to alcohol this year. Definitely want to stay with a holley based carb but not sure whether a small dominator would be too much. I was thinking about a 950 HP carb but still not yet decided.

You need go to smaller Carb since you are running 327. Try a 650 I bet it will drop you et and increase MPH.
