I don't know if the auto parts stores still have them or not, but the Farm tractor and equipment dealers do.

Battery

Doc here,

Napa in Lafayette, Pep boys in Pleasant hill, Monument in Pacheco and Concord, as well as wally mart and K~martha uhhh, mart..

Kragens , All 3 in Concord, Pleasant hill, and Martinez...For 6 volts you may have to order it..but they should be able to get you one in a day..You probably will want to go Deep cycle (my Dad always did) Cuz their such a back breaking PITA to change...

And if you totally strike out, go to the source, Interstate Battery in Oakland off the 29 th ave approach to the Alameda park street bridge..(Behind OLE"S #2..)

and BTW if you want a great 50's style breakfast or any other meal..stop off there, and bring an appetite..GREAT food and tons of it..OLE"S #1 is on Park street in Alameda, and all the local TV and Political talent eats there on Sunday morning..if you don't mind spending an hour in line on the street..NOT a plug, just a heads up of a dying breed 1950 style restaurant..with tons of memorabilia on the walls!

Doc
