35 Ford Pickup cab and frame width??

Im building an open wheeled hotrod, I only have a frame right now but I'm on the hunt for a body. I really really want a 30-34 ford pickup cab but I can't find one anywhere. I just found 4 other cabs tho, two 35 ford cabs and two 36 ford cabs but they are 5 hours away. I'm worried that these cabs are going to be too big and might not look right with no fenders. My frame has a maximum width of 43.5", it was origionally under a 30 Model A Sedan and it uses 34 ford rails..

Here are my questions:

Does anyone on here know how much bigger a 35 cab is compaired to a 34?

What is the maximum width and minimum width of a 35 cab?

How long is a 35 cab?

What is the width of a 35 frame from the outside of the frame rails?

If you guys could help me out that would be great!

thanks

Here is a link to Wescott's (you can get Frame dimensions there)-I don't think the '35/36 Body will fit a pre'35 without major modifications, but I might be wrong-good luck, IMHO, '35/36 Ford Trucks are beautiful if done correctly.

thanks for the link! the body is getting channeled over the frame, so everything is just going to be fabricated.

can someone on here please measure the width of their cab at the back and at the fire wall?

thanks!

I have what is supposed to be a 35 pickup frame. There are some differences in the center crossmember area but as far as the overall dimensions (width and length) it is identical to a 33-34 Ford car frame. I'm just not sure what the 33-34 truck frame looks like. Hope this helps.

This above link has been changed to a PDF file and has a new link, there is also measurements for 1926 to 1941 Ford frames. The new link is as follows:

35 to 40 car frames and 35 to 41 truck frames are all the same except truck frames dont have the 4 body mount plates on the outside. I Googled 35 Ford truck rat rod last night and came up with a bunch of images of fenderless trucks and I think they look great. I have all my body parts so I will use the fenders on my project althought it is tempting to want to build it old school like you suggest. Sorry cant help with the cab specs, its in the corner of the garage buried under a mountian of parts.
