Most 383 strokers use a 400 balancer and flywheel. To match tne crank.

Beware of some of those kits on EBay.Some of them are not up to par. Most of the better kits will include the flexplate & balancer.Post a link to the kit on here & let some the guys here look it over before you buy.You will also need some machining done on your block for clearance.Your block should be a 2 pc rear seal.Make sure of this & then buy the correct kit. There are also other things you will need in order to make your 383 perform well with the extra cubes you will be adding.

Bienvenue.
Do you have a total picture plan for your engine?
Where are you located?Do you have access to a professional machine shop?

Conversing with another fellow I sent him this link on the subject from CarCraft magizine of about 4 -5 years ago. It is pretty detailed on what it takes to turn a 350 into a 383.

You need to get your block to a machine shop and prepped before buying any parts. Don't want to buy .030 over pistons and then find out they had to bore larger to get the blocked right. You also wanna make sure it's a factory sized block that hasn't already been already bored over. After your machinist is done he will try to sell you parts.
