350 to 383, works with my 350 rods and pistons?

Hello! I have a 4-bolted 350 truck block -77 with new forged eagle rods and forged wiseco pistons.

Now I found a 400 stroke to a reasonably price. Stroker kit is to expensive to import from the USA to sweden and to expensive to buy in the shops.
How much work is it to run with that stroke and can I run with my rods and pistons? It's not interesting if i can't.

Thanks in advance Stefan

Not with the 350 pistons, you need pistons with a changed pin location bcause of the stroke difference.
