i have a 350 trans with what i beleave is a 205 tranfer case i want to drop the 350 trans and put in a 700R4 2 wheel drive trans would i be able to take the output shaft from the TH-350 and use it in the the 700R4?? if so how hard is to to remove the output shafts from the them?

Don't know if they are interchangable.......however, I do know, that you have to pull all the guts out of the trans to change the rear shaft. Easier to find a later model 4X4 trans with overdrive.
