350 in a 54 Chevy?

Whats up peeps, new to the site and have a question...I have a 54 Chevy 3100 I just bought and was wanting to know if I can take out the inline 6 and drop a crate 350 w/350 trans without any major mods?By the way Im not a profesional mechanic/fabrocator,but Im not completly dumb on how things work so...just wanted to put that out there...Any advise would be much appreciated to put me in the right direction!
