Post 350 advice

I have a 73 vette with a sb 350. I bought a kit that included a 750cfm Holly and high rise intake with the lunati cam. Unfortunately this is delivering too much fuel so I need advice on which direction to match my engine with this fuel delivery system. I was thinking of roller rockers, porting, and possibly boring/stroking. Any advice or experiences would be readily welcome.

750 shouldn't be to big for a 350 evan at low compression. Are the plugs black maybe you just need a leaner jet.Is the carb dumping fuel mabe the floats are stuck.
Need more info as to what the engine is doing.

the engine is bogging at low RPMs and seems to drag through the rev range. spark plugs are black however not wet. I will check the floats tomorrow.
Thanks

If the plugs are black and not wet there crbon fouled. If the floats are OK jet it down till it burns a medium brown. Then if the bog is still there its probably in the acelerator pump(try diferant pump cams and holes).

Chances are that your high rise manifold is a single plain style intake, if it is you can plan on your engine loading up on fuel when you are just putting around. Wanting to port and polish will help with fuel delivery but then again only after you are up over 2500 or so RPM.
