350 build

Just guessing with the info you gave about 310-320 hp. Now if your heads were ported where you can use a little longer duration camshaft like a XE268H you can make 350 hp. If you could get a set of aluminum heads like Patriots and a XE274H cam you could probably make close to 380 hp. Patriot, Freedom Series Alum. Chev SB Head, Assm., 190/64cc-Competition Products

There are 64cc heads with swirl ports, there are 64cc heads like the swirl ports, but w/o the vane, there are 64cc fuelie heads, there are 64cc Vortec heads, there are aftermarket 64cc heads from 'stock replacement' to 220-plus cc intake port volume. Each one of these will give you a different result.

If you're talking about fuelie-type heads, you're short of 350 HP. Vortec heads or their equivalent will put you there.
