350 build from scratch

ok so i just bought a 350....i think out of a 71 nova but not 100%...its been hot tanked and new core plugs and cam bearings...bored 30 over...i have lots of mechanical experience but arent sure the right route for my enigne....i am lookin to keep it really cheep...basically something that will rumble and be quick off the line...dont kno what im puttin it in or what parts or route i should take....possibly i may end up putting it in my jeep cherokee thats lifted with tires n all....but if not then ill prolly be lookin for a sleeper car thats easy to install the motor in.....i need some advice though....biggest bang for the buck....should most of my money go towards heads.....bottom end....carb and intake...??? give some insight please.....also keep in mind...i need to take a cheep route....i got the block for 25 bucks
