are 350 chevs and 350 olds the same engine?L@@K

Hello
Is the 350 chev and 350 olds blocks the same?, do they have the same intake and exaust, the same water pump,altenator, exaust manifolds, distributors,ets?

You would be better off with a Chevy, every thing is less expensive.

YOu'd be better off with an Olds- its not a SBC and you can mae really good power with factory parts

In the late 70s your Olds Cutlass could have come with any GM motor. There were many sold with a 305 Chevy and some people never knew the difference assuming it was Olds.
Some Trans Ams were sold with a 403 Olds.

you have far more performance options with a 350 Chevy, however a 350 Olds is way more cool than a 350 Chevy. 350 Chevys are great engines....but make me yawn. way to many small block chevys in crossbreeds. John
