350 chevy stalling w/o known cause

It stated fine Sat morning, moved the truck to another parking spot, came back 8 min. later, put it in gear and it immediately stalled. Got it running again, put it in gear- stalled again. turned off all access. started again, w/o changing gears I turned on the fan for defrost, stalled again. tried to start w/ neg res.
I have fuel to the throtlle body, have spark, and air. I checked all connections to: Coil, Distr., plugs, batt., alt., throttle body, and removed and reconnected all other electronic devices on the engine. Now it will intermittenly start cold then stall after just a few min. and won't catch before batt. to low to turn engine.
I am in military, not close to any machanic or dealer. NEED HELP!!!!
Please advise if you can ........Thank you!!!!!!!!

It's tough to troubleshoot something intermittent from here. But see if you can see what's missing when it won't start; Spark or fuel.

Generally, timing (doesn't appear to be the issue here...) spark, or fuel is the issue. If it was a carb I'd say check the choke.

If you can't figure if it's spark or fuel missing, I'd start with finding the fuel filter and replace it. It probably needs replacing anyway.

If that doesn't fix it, replace the electronic module. Your parts store will help identify.

Make sure you charge the battery fully. A newer car that has electronics that would come with the throttle body you said you have, requires a fully charged battery.

That being said, have your alternator tested and battery too at the same time at your local parts store. I had an alternator go out on a newer vehicle and the thing would not run when it went out.

Are you getting any check engine lights? I think you can get an OBD II checker checked out from your local parts store?

Faulty coolant temp sensors, and bad fuel pump relays are both causes of this phenomenon where the car will start and warm up, but die once it's reached operating temperature.
