350 head question for street engine on pump gas
I have 350 with flat top forged pistons -6.1cc , stock bore,276 cam 221/221 duration,454 lift.I think cr is 10:1 with 64cc heads,.about 9:1 with 76cc maybe a little less. Would 76cc be underpowered? What octane would work with 64cc aluminum?I have heard that with aluminum you run 1.0 higher on cr.I aslo saw aeroheads have 72cc heads.Any opinions appreciated
