350 marine engine help

i'm looking to upgrade my v6 i have a 4 bolt block 14016379 vl145832 and 3890462 heads in the barn. might go with either a Weiand Action+Plus . or Edelbrock intake .carb unsure what to go with a holly or edelbrock 600 or 650. any suggestions ? wondering what hp i'm looking at. like to be at 260 or so

Need more Info for a power output estimate.
You'll want low rpm torque for a boat engine with that low of a HP rating.
Edelbrock Performer intake, 650 Holley carb and a good Marine cam.
A set of Vortec heads from a 96-99 truck are worth 30-40 more HP than those old 462s.

That Block # comes up as a 77-79 267 2-Bolt and a 350 2 or 4-Bolt. Make sure it has a 4" bore & 4-Bolt mains.

yes it's a 4 bolt main

vortech heads

You will need a vortech intake, Edelbrock RPM. Bigger is not better.
We used to drill the heads for early manifolds but there is not much material for threads.
