Post 350 motor question

OK i got a buddy that is building himself a 350 and i was wondering if any of yall got some ideas what kinda hp this will be produceing? i have got some people swearing up and down that he will be luckey to get 275 hp pout of it but i am thining more please help me prove these people wrong.

TRW Forged Aluminum Pistons (9.6:1 with 64cc heads)
5.7 GM PM Rods
Stock Crank in my 4bolt main 350 block
Xtreme Energy 268h cam. (224/230) .477/.480 1600-5800
Updraded Vortec Heads from Scoggin Dickey (modified for higher lift)
Performer RPM Air Gap Intake
1.5 Roller Tip Rockers
650 or 700 holley

I've assumed 2.02" intake valve and 1.60" exhaust valve, and small tube headers with mufflers:

At the flywheel

Torque @3500RPM: 400
HP @ 5000RPM: 350

but really dude, just look at the comp cams website, they have dyno sheets for all the extreme energy cams, they'll give you a good idea of what to expect

I found
383g.h.p. @5500 rpm
394lb.ft. @4500 rpm

I had previously saved the cam specs before, so I had it on file, also I've got flow numbers for the L31 cylinder head. This engine is going to scare you.

if those heads are L-31 vortech, a 700 cfm carb, and small tubed headers with muffs, I got 370 hp@5500rpm and 397 torque@4000. Not too bad
