350 Turbo Front Seal Destroyer

I have a rebuilt 350 turbo with new torque converter but I can't keep the front seals from blowing. They blow within 5 miles of use. Have gone through 5 seals and getting tried of changing them. The tranny was rebuilt and worked for awhile before going through the seals - even chaged the torque converter with on luck. Suggestions? Thanks
