I've got a chevy 350 TBI in my 95 chevy truck, and once a blue moon after I put it in gear the truck loses all power, and I mean all power, NO lights, No flashers, nothing just dead. if you wait 15 or 20 min it will fire up like nothing ever happened. need help. :smash:
I run in to this every once in a while at the shop I work in. I agree you are losing electrical power. Check you grounds to your engine block and frame. Make sure your battery cable ends are solid and not curroded or broken. :welcome: Good luck
Agreed. Have seen many with an intermittant connection to the side post. If it is a dual post battery, the top posts may test fine, but the side posts may be open.
