How do you know that all cylinders have blow-by? What tests have you done? what are your compression numbers in the cylinders? Do you have oil in your intake? need a little bit more info to help you out.

ok so i saw this on TV. if you dont have a breather in your valve covers, make on. drill a hole big enough to install a breather on your valve cover (side doesnt matter) and then drill a hole in your header, closer down towards the collector, thread it and thread in a tailpiece brass fitting or something, then attach a rubber hose from the breather on the valve cover to the brass fitting. that should solve your blow by if the rings aren't damaged.

I'm not saying they do Im saying they all have really good compression I know it has blow by because the people we bought it from had a cap on it that had a breather valve on it so we tried to put a new cap on it with out the valve and as soon as I accelerated it blew the seal and oil all over the engine something's not right with the engine I'm trying to help my boyfriend figure this out but he's the gear head I'm the body gal lol

so what your saying happened is that you put a cap on your valve cover breather hole? and when you hit the gas it blew the cap off your valve cover and blew oil everywhere? just wanted to make sure i read that post right..

Your thread title "OK, any suggestions" doesn't describe your problem or work well in the search function, changed it.
