Post 351 windsor flexplate

What flexplate do I need to use when I have a 1985 351 windsor wtih a A.O.D flexplate on it and I plan on using a 1973 c-4 trans with a 28 oz flexplate. Will the c-4 flexplate bolt on to the 85 351? or is the newer 351 a 50 oz balance. I'm lost with this stuff.

351 windwor was always a 28 ounce balance no matter what year. only 302s changed from 28 to 50 in 1982.
