You would probably be better off keeping what you have or saving up for aftermarket aluminum heads,302/5.0 heads have 7/16" head bolts your 351W has 1/2" bolts so you would have to redrill the 5.0 heads whereas the aftermarket heads are always 1/2" so when using them on a 302/5.0 they require special head bolts or sleeves.
